RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR ECO NOVA TO LIAISE ON BANK GUARANTEE MATTERS

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, (Registration No: ), maintaining account number with your esteemed institution, hereby provide this letter of authorization.

We are in the process of securing funding for our project titled "" through Bank Guarantee (BG) monetization facilitated by Eco Nova, an authorized representative of Gulf Marketing & Services for BG monetization services through Abu Dhabi Sovereign Funds.

Authorization Scope

We hereby authorize Eco Nova and its designated representatives to:

  1. Discuss with your bank the requirements and procedures for issuing a Bank Guarantee (BG) on our behalf
  2. Obtain information regarding your bank's SWIFT capabilities, specifically for MT760 issuance
  3. Coordinate the technical aspects of BG issuance including draft formats and SWIFT messaging
  4. Facilitate communication between your bank and the receiving financial institutions in Abu Dhabi
  5. Receive updates on the status of our BG application and issuance process
  6. Assist in resolving any queries or clarifications required by your bank regarding the BG monetization process

This authorization specifically pertains to:

This authorization does NOT permit Eco Nova to:

  • Make any financial transactions on our behalf
  • Access our account balances or statements
  • Sign any documents on our behalf
  • Make any commitments that are legally binding on our company

All final decisions and document signatures will be executed directly by our authorized signatories. This authorization is valid for a period of months from the date of this letter or until the successful completion of the BG issuance, whichever comes first.
